FoxMed™ is a true 32-bit application that operates in Windows 98,  NT, 2000, and XP providing state-of-the-art power for today's computing environments.

Managed Care
The FoxMed™ Managed Care Module provides comprehensive managed care functionality. This module, fully integrated into FoxMed™, allows use of up to 9,999 insurance plans with any mix of fee-for-service and capitated plans. Plans can be grouped by Payer Class (HMO, PPO, Workers Comp, Champus, Private Insurance, etc.). Each fee schedule can incorporate any relative value scale with conversion factors per code or per code category. Code categories are user- definable - i.e., Evaluation and Management, Medicine, Surgery, Radiology, Anesthesia, etc. These features provide the practice with ultimate flexibility and ease in maintaining fee schedules. The FoxMed™ Managed Care Module implements the "six vital managed care segments of reporting". The reports included are designed to meet the challenge of managing the bottom line of a practice in managed care environments. They help evaluate the financial status of any practice and provide a starting point from which to measure the current business status and potential business opportunity.

The FoxMed™ Quick Post feature allows fast and efficient posting of insurance and family checks to many invoices or claims across many patient accounts, all from one screen. It utilizes many features such as "learning" what insurance companies pay as you post, and allowing secondary billing or automatic adjustment of balances all from the same screen. This important feature will save your practice hundreds of vital labor-hours per year!

Patient Scheduling
The FoxMed™ Patient Scheduling Module is the result of ten years of development work involving scores of practitioners with vital real- world input. This module can be user configured to provide a schedule for each practitioner, or a simple blended version for all doctors. Instant activity graphing provides the visual presentation that leads to productive patient scheduling. Also provided is immediate access to the patient treatment entry, as well as many other daily tasks.

Electronic Claims
The Electronic Claims Module boasts ease-of-use and a quick learning curve. Our electronic claim implementation includes direct data transfer which eliminates time consuming duplicate data reentry.
