Chart-It

Chart-It is a fully automated dental and periodontal charting system which allows dentists and assistants to easily and quickly input, review, and print both dental restorative charts and periodontal charts in full vibrant color.

Patient information, full dental and periodontal charting history for each patient visit, and complete notes for each patient visit, are stored by the Chart-It system and are readily available for viewing, updating and printing.

X-ray / radiovisography (RVG) images and intraoral camera images are fully integrated into the Chart-It system. Images can be accessed very quickly at the touch of a button while charting, without leaving the Chart-It system.

The Chart-It system runs on most IBM compatible computer systems and is available for DOS and Windows environments. Chart-It will operate in a single user / stand alone environment or in a mutli-user network environment.
